Scott Kolbaba and his staff are incredibly professional, efficient, caring, knowledgeable, and effective. I could not be happier with the treatment I receive at Personalized Physicians Group. This entire group of medical staff is just phenomenal!
Dr. Kolbaba is the best! Whether the problem is small or very serious, he gives it all his attention. He’s a wonderful, thorough diagnostician and I believe he saved my life once because of it. The staff all treat you like family. I strongly recommend Personalized Physicians Group!

Dr. John Born is an outstanding doctor and a truly compassionate person. When I was feeling my worst, Dr. Born went out of his way to provide the best possible care. He made me feel a sense of comfort and calm throughout the process. He values patient input and provides a very clear plan of care.
