I have been using this service for several years with only positive experiences. We have used Anthony and company for airport and cruise ship transport many times to/from Carlsbad to SD. A good deal if you plan to be gone a week or more. Clean vehicles, friendly service and they periodically offer discount emails. Don't let a couple bad reviews dissuade you.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I hired them for limo service for my wedding. They simply needed to transport my husband and his groomsman .3 mile to the wedding venue. Then pick up me and my bridesmaids and drive us 3 miles to the venue. First off they tried to over charge us!! Second the limo was DISGUSTING to say the least. I am talking about the sunroof NOT having glass, it was filthy, trash left over in it, part of the paneling was missing, the ash tray had duck tape on it. I could go on. it was a disaster from the start, not only did bus show up late it was an old school bus painted white, driver dressed in an old t-shirt and ripped jeans, no AC and the bluetooth/aux cord did not work. i messaged Anthony immediately he responded that he was short on limo busses and would refund me $75. i have reached out to him multiple times since and no response. he doesn't deserve ever half a star but it would not let me post otherwise.
My ride did now show up on May 8, 2016. I had to drive myself to the airport the last minute and park at the airport. My one week parking fee was $270. It's July 18 today, I have not yet even received my $65 refund yet. I have to call them and email them. I am wasting my time on something they did wrong. By the way, I gave it one star because it would not allow me to post my comment without a star.
