Amazing massage by Kristen Douglas. Dug into my muscles and knew exactly what trigger points to hold. I was so relieved afterwards. I bought a gift certificate for my husband because it was so amazing. After going to her, I can't help feeling dissapointed by everyone else's massages 🤣

I am a long time client of Casey's and know the hard work both ladies put forth in preparing Kristen for the transition of ownership. I have had a 1 hour deep massage with Kristen and can claim without a doubt anyone who is partial to a massage by Casey will not notice a difference in their switch to Kristen. She (Kristen) has perfected every deep tissue technique and any client of hers will walk away feeling as refreshed and relaxed as ever. I would without hesitation recommend her to every family member and friend I know!

I got 4 deep tissue massages. Casey did a great job, but decided I needed a different therapist in her office so her schedule could be opened up a bit. I chose not to change and found place closer to home. I'll never return to Personal Harmony...today, which is several days after leaving this review, I was contacted by Casey through text.
