I can't say enough good things about Carol. She helped me lose 100 pounds fifteen years ago. Since then I have kept most of the weight off but I check every couple of years and each time I find she helps me get my head on straight. I love how she helps me eat sensibly but still keep my favorite treats in my eating plan. Whatever or where ever I go or do, she has a plan to help me with it.
