I'm really disappointed in my experience. I received my lab order July 24th with the incorrect date of birth. This will result in me wasting a trip and being turned away at the lab. I have reached out several different ways starting on July 24th as soon as I saw the error. It is September 20th. It has been almost 2 months with no correction to my order and no follow up. It would be really nice to be able to go get my labs done that I paid $200 for.

this company took 40 out my account claiming i joined some subscription, now as i dig into it this company charges 20 for a refund, i didn't even do? i want my money, and i definitely am not paying a online lab company 40 a month for nothing im not paying a refund fee either if so ill contact everyone i can
