Highly recommend Daimon personal training. He is professional and knowledgeable. 1. Stretch: he really helps me make sure the stretching really works on my body. Super precision. 2. Weight training: he suggests some modifications and it helps me avoid joint pain while the workout is efficient. 3. Detail-oriented: he provides some pad and cushion and it really makes me feel more comfortable when using the weight training equipment. I really hope he also have studio in other places in USA except Hawaii.
