I attended the Personal Trainer Academy and learned so much on all the topics of fitness, ranging from proper lifting techniques to nutritional content of foods. Mark the trainer did a great job making class feel both informative and easy to understand each week. If anyone is contemplating taking the class I would highly recommend it.
Instructor was very knowledgeable and hand on. Took time to explain what it really takes to become a personal trainer. Also showcase some new innovative methods of training like corrective exercises.
Mark is extremely knowledgeable and has years of experience in not only the personal training industry, but also as an entrepreneur. He teaches not only the textbook basics to become certified, but also educates the class on how to ultimately scale a successful business from it. I would definitely recommend the in person PT course. The hands on training helps to cement the info and Mark is very knowledgeable.
Best program, with an amazing trainer who will teach you everything you need to know about becoming one of the best trainers! Highly recommend!
