I’ve been dealing with Mrs. Lacresia since 2016! She’s the best! She assures you that all is well and she makes sure every thing about your trip is perfect .. even down to the excursions! Worst travel agency! Owner Lacresia is rude and cruel to the airline employees she was speaking to on the phone and then demeaned them after the call. I will not financially support bullies!
OMG we are here now and we are so in love with the Cancun vacation Lacresa booked for us we just had to tell everyone what a wonderful vacation we are having and its our 1st day....everything went smoothly so far love the room and the view thank you thank you thank you
