Horrible as an HOA. I have been in my home for almost 5 years and have had nothing but issues. They do not update information you contact them about, they are horrible at record keeping. I have called and spoken Kay and Sandy regarding different issues on multiple occasions and they don't care or assist at all. Horrible!!!!!!
This management company is absolutely terrible. It does not deserve the one star we are giving here. Kay is extremely rude, short-tempered, impatient, and highly unprofessional. No matter what the issues are, whether it is a maintenance request or a request for info, it always turns into a huge dilemma. There is no transparency about where our HOA funds are going, and HOA members are generally kept in the dark about meetings, meeting minutes, financial reporting, accounting, and HOA transparency in general. Have been requesting my HOA paper work since I moved in back in April of 2022 and Kay refuses to give it to me then I have submitted a request for something to be done and has not been touched yet and has been over two months. Lastly when something is in need of repair we get told they don’t have the funding so we have to pay for it out of our own pockets after paying how much a month and for what nothing in return worst property management ever!
