We've never had a serious problem outside of the mailboxes, and that's a derelict USPS (I've tried intervening & got only pain). Whenever we've asked for pest control, we've gotten it, and I like the two guys who do it. The hard part for some is that you have to be home. The pest control guys are friendly & if you ask or let them know problem spots, they're on it. Worst place to stay they are criminals !!!! I was a resident for 3 years and I paid a security deposit of 1450. Once I left the residence I cleaned it top to bottom which included cleaning shelves, refrigerator, bathrooms, and etc. Vacuumed floors and moved out and turned in keys in a timely manner (1 month notice). I was charged a extra month of rent , maid service, paint, and etc. So they could take my security deposit all of which I had done myself so I could keep my money. They charge you for stuff they already have to do !!! Don't rent from them !!!!
Read your rental contract very carefully. Their utility charges are unbelievable.
