If there was an option to give this company no stars i would this palce is so unorganized the office staff is rude the patients that tjey accept are horrible i have worked for many companies in home health and this one is by far the worst i will never work f0r them ever again and if you currently work for them now im sorry to say you wont get a straight answer about ypur W2s and you will be waiting a long while smh if there is any advice i could give i would say dont waste your time with this place get out now & sean felser ... read more
The home health nurse does nothing but sits and talks for an hour about her life and basically anything but the patient's health. Takes vital signs then leaves. Scheduling is ridiculous. Call if you are lucky the day before to schedule a time. Usually an hour or two before they are coming. The physical therapist was great. But the rest of it left a lot to be desired.
Thought I was set up for services was told was approved on Friday 4-22 then was called on Tuesday 4-25 still waiting on insurance 10 minutes before my appointment poor office professionalism very disappointed
