We heard great things about Personal Touch Pools and decided to give them a try. We contracted them to install a pool heater and open our pool for the season. Rob was prompt and did an amazing job with the heater installation and the opening of the pool. We could be happier with the job he did and will definitely be using them in the future! I highly recommend Personal Touch Pools for all your pool needs!
Darcy i apologize for any inconvenience shawn is a contractor i use from time to time he has a lot on his plate with family health issues.
Sean came out to install a new motor. I paid. Next day couldn't keep a prime. Started texting Sean..He would reply: be there tomorrow, be there Wednesday, I forgot about you, I'm out of town etc. Excuses went from Sept to January. I then text the owner,Rob. I will pay you, just need this fixed. That was 16 days ago🤔 Shame on you both!!!!
