Homeowner Beware, the only things you receive from this company in a head ache and a BILL. They make all kinds of promises and blame the weather, your dog, your kids for not doing the job they were hired for. John Simpson (owner) is most likely the nastiest man I have ever dealt with. After a number of conversations, we finally fired Personal Touch, and hired a professional landscaper. We had to give a 30 day notice, even those they were out of contract agreement. They do a good job These guys do a good job. Comprehensive, handle about anything in your yard. Come with good references.
