Professional and always willing to accommodate. I am very detail oriented, and always check behind the cleaners. I only gave 4 stars because there were a few instances where the cleaners forgot to do something, or didn't listen to instructions but they always sent someone out to fix the mistake/provide a credit to the account. I love that they are willing to accommodate my busy schedule (we travel a lot) and are very open to hearing any complaints. I recommend them for any cleaning.
