My mother has used Personal Touch twice and my brother is using them now. They have helped our family with OT, PT and skilled nursing. We appreciate the thoughtfulness and professionalism. We have felt cared for as a family!
This organization is extremely unreliable. If you have a caregiver scheduled on a day you have work, plans or a trip, always make sure to have a backup, because you're going to need it! And NEVER be fooled by the phone call the night before CONFIRMING to you that they WILL be there.....it's backfired several times for us!!
