Hired this company for home health care for my husband with Parkinson's. Wish I could give it 0 stars. I was told his caregiver would be permanent. They sent a different one each week. My husband doesn't hear well, and I asked for a person who spoke English well. They sent a person who barely spoke English. Phone wait time could be at least 10 minutes to get someone on the phone.
