I have had the absolute worst experience dealing with this business. I trusted them to tint my windows on my 5 day old vehicle and they damaged the window and door panel on my vehicle and then tried to cover it up with black Majic marker/sharpie pen. They never told me about the damage. I had to go back to them once I discovered it. It’s been over 2 months now dealing with this situation. If I could give less than one star I would! I contacted this business back in July 2022 for tinting services on my new vehicle. I was very pleased and surprised to find that they could fit me in for an appointment as early as the next day!! I arrived for my scheduled appointment and was told that he would be done in about an hour. My personal friend used this location for window tinting and in doing so the person used the heat gun which in turn burned the door panel on their new vehicle. Initially the owner acknowledged the mistake and agreed to have the repairs fixed yet he ordered the wrong part and the dealership wasn’t able to fix as no receipt or other paperwork was given to them for the dealership to even trace the item and have it re-ordered.
