As a former Area Manager , I have never worked for a place that places such much load on you and doesn’t appreciate the hard work you do. The workload was a lot I would even skip my lunches and breaks a lot of the time and it still wasn’t enough time to get everything done. Expect calls and emails on your weekends as well, also after hours on the weekdays , therefore no day to mentally unwind from work.
