I got a referral to Personal Touch Carpet & Flooring for carpet cleaning. Our carpet is a very light color. I had it cleaned a year ago by another company, and it was time for its annual cleaning. There were a couple rooms with "wear traffic" that both the technician and I doubted would look too much better. The technician was VERY conscientious and worked very hard on both of these areas. They supplied and installed new carpet for me. They made time for me and installed it very quickly. Everyone that I spoke to was pleasant, they are good people. I will use them again the next time I have flooring needs.

Highly recommend for cleaning and new floors! The staff is very knowledgeable about which floor is the best to go in your space, and how to clean floors to maintain a fresh look. Helps keep the warranty on our new floors.
