The machine left a small scratch on my hood, but Leo took full accountability and made it right without hesitation. He personally buffed it out and made sure my car was spotless afterward. You can tell these guys take pride in their work—honest, respectful, and committed to doing things the right way. I really appreciate their integrity and customer service.
This is the best car wash on the Island. The service is always spectacular and the membership package is a no brainer. Best kept secret.

After paying $70 and tipping $12 for the ultra service blowing out Matt's cleaned cup holders I get in my truck and there is piles of dirt in between the seats the cup holders are still sticky and filled with filth and dirt the seats had dirt on them the doors had dirt on them the dashboard had dust and dirt on it the rims were filthy and still are I went and complained and they took an extra 45 minutes to fix what they had done and upon returning to the car it was still dirty and the rims hadn't been touched and it was stil... read more
