I had a very bad customer service experience today with the owner - Renata (Renee). The cleaning lady who came to deep clean our house in order to get it ready for sale did a great job and we were happy with her. The problem came when around 2:30-3pm her boss - Renata - came to pick her up and said that whatever the cleaning lady did she did (meaning if she's not done - too bad - because time is up!
