I called twice today to complain about the peoples you have working in the Montevallo area for Alabama Power and did not receive a call back, your people cut my phone line and made me call the phone company because they said that they could not through to the phone company, I called and the soonest someone can come out is 12/21/18 I should not have to wait a week to get my phone service back because your guy can't see the phone line.
If there was a lower number I would give it a 0. They came into the Hurricane Creek basin using an unapproved chemical in the creek bed and even in the water. The owner misinformed me and APCO claiming his people did not do such a thing. Samples taken by Alabama Agriculture and Industry have proven that he was not telling the truth. I have the lab reports as well as photo documentation for anyone who wants to see what they did. Send me a MP for the data.
