Chris, the owner came out and reviewed our project and was very professional and had good ideas to solve our problems. He then ordered the parts we needed and one of his technicians came out and they did the work which was very professionally done and we’re super happy.
I’ve worked with Personal Technology over the last 2.5 years on a very comprehensive system that includes cameras, audio, video, streaming and a gate that is all interconnected. To top it all off, the house was a redo so there was a hot mess of existing nonsense that had to be assessed, integrated and some of it junked. We’ve continued to build on the original system PT installed and they have ALWAYS been super responsive, reliable, knowledgeable and most of all PATIENT! I couldn’t recommend them more highly!
