If you have any plumbing problems call these guys they're quick they're fast they're reliable and I had the technician Arthur he was amazing showed me so much was very friendly with my animals and even taught me things I didn't know I would recommend Arthur for all the problems he is a great gentleman
Brandon was a very big help. Very thorough with his work and makes sure issue is taken care of in the most efficient way possible. First time using Value Rooter and it was a very good first impression all around.

We were VERY happy with our service from Brandon from Valu Rooter on North Ridge Rd. The company was able to have him at our house within 20 minutes. Beyond that, Brandon's service and attitude were exceptional. He immediately found and addressed the issue. Since it ended up being a very quick and easy fix, he also charged a reasonable amount instead of gauging us for a few hundred more dollars.
