I've been using Valu Rooter for 9 or 10 years. They are quick to get you scheduled and serviced. Although I've always been satisfied, it was today's service that I felt compelled to rate. Arthur was awesome! He braved the very frigid temps and went above and beyond to clean out our drain line. He even showed me the "root" of our problems. I appreciate the further knowledge and hope he can help us again in the future. Thanks for being kind and funny and helpful.
Highly recommend!!! Same day service at a reasonable price. Arthur identified the problem and took care of our issue. He was very polite, professional, and showed me how to maintain our drains and hot water heater.
Nate and Jesse came out on time and handled my issue but also gave me great advice on how to prevent and fix it myself if the problem returns. Great guys very knowledgeable and friendly. You get what you pay for with this company. Thanks again guys.
