It’s heartbreaking to see such a great office turn into such a disappointing and unpleasant experience. This office used to be amazing. Dr. Wecer and his previous staff truly cared about their patients they made you feel welcomed, listened to, and made every visit a positive experience. Ever since the new provider and new staff took over, everything has gone downhill. The office is chaotic, the staff are unprofessional, openly talk about patients. The doctor is extremely rude. I am absolutely so over this place. It is ridiculous that when you call up you have to listen to someone heavily breathe for a few minutes and then hang up and call back before you can get someone to acknowledge you. They make you repeat your name and date of birth several times because they’re just not paying attention or listening to you. The turnover is absolutely ridiculous and there is no care or consideration for patients.
Dr Jorge Wecer has been my pcp for years and is a very caring physician who takes his time on every appt. He is very thorough and will personally call you to make sure you are ok after surgery or any illness. The office is clean and the staff is very friendly. They actually answer their phones. It’s also easy to make appts and I never have to wait more than 15 min to see Dr Wecer. I assume he will be retiring soon and I will miss him dearly.
Very pleased with Dr. Wecer and his staff. I lost a great doctor (John Strobis) who had suddenly passed away a few years ago. Stribos also had a gr8 staff and I hope they r doing ok.
Great experience in this office every trip. Everyone is very nice and very professional and I would highly recommend this office Shay is very helpful and goes above and beyond for every one of her patients.
