I had a neighbor move in upstairs and very quickly I learned they brought with them German roaches. I contacted Luis and the first day he came out I saw a huge difference!! He was very professional and honest, which I'm really big on. He explained the procedure clearly and after he was done he showed me the different places he placed the bait.
