Very Disappointed. Got my PWR Chair through them. BIG MISTAKE. Months of needless delays. They wouldn't return my emails or phone calls. Now the chair needs service and they won't return my calls. They have no comprehension of the basic's of customer service.
My chiar is 2 yrs old..3 motors..1 axle..2 batteries..2 tires..1 joy stick..and2wiring cables..and now a controller boxy..parts take days to get..then call to make appointment to replace parts..meanwhile.iam stuck with no loaner..and no mobility..very displeased with product ..and down time of my chiar..: :(
