I'm not very satisfied with IStorage, I've NEVER had any payment issues until just lately and I've had the same unit since about 2000 and never a missed a payment or had late payment. And since I've been having payment issues I have a VERY difficult time reaching anyone at my storage units location. I call and get routed to California. I needed to rent a locker expected it to be a real hassle. it went incredibly well , it was very easy to get done. on-site staff are incredible to work with and very helpful
Great place, staff is friendly and nice and boxes at unbelievable prices.
I am well I had personal mini storage when it was that company and I guess I storage bought it or merged with it and jacked my rate up over $30 the following month. So unless you're happy with rates getting jacked up for no reason all at once it's not worth it to pay almost $200 for a 5x15-ft rectangle that's really only 13 ft floor space
