I don’t generally write reviews, but I felt like this one was necessary and well deserved. We had made a reservation for a moving truck through another company and when we arrived at the pick up location, they informed us there was nothing on file and nothing they could do, as there were no other trucks available on site. I never thought renting a storage would be this easy and pleasant. My fiancé had an appointment and I walked in with him. Instantly we were greeted by two very friendly faces. Dorri was beyond helpful, she answered all the questions me and my fiancé had, and did not rush to get us out of there. She took her time to help us understand and took extremely good care of us.
