I had my furniture in one of the climate controlled, indoor units for just over a month. When I went to empty my unit mine and my daughter’s king mattresses were destroyed from water damage. My mattress was only 2 years old and I had paid almost $3,000 for it. My daughter’s mattress was only 3 months old and was about $1,000. My headboard was also ruined. Could you message us your unit number and any other information you may have so we can notify our operations managers? We will have them look into this and have someone reach out to you directly.
Horrible service can’t answer a phone
Female mgr very moody and unwilling to help people. Security gate is pointless if you're not able to access your items 24/7. Move-in special is 1/2 price but the other half gets eaten up by admin fees, insurance plus whatever else they want to tack on that week. Storage was clean though.
I never had problema with my things. Just dont change prices to much if you are not doing anything different with the storage.

Very clean. Always friendly and helpful. I was there almost 10 years and rented extra units occasionally
