RecommendedGreat place friendly, and clean! Highly recommend to anyone that needs storage or Uhaul!
Loved it friendly staff very clean
The reason I gave 2 stars was because the employees were friendly and the place was very clean. However, there is only access to units during the hours/days this storage facility is open. In other facilities that I have used, customers have a key and can access their unit 24/7. Also the parking area was small which made it difficult to maneuver a truck pulling a uhaul trailer.
Business response:
Thank you for taking the time to give your feedback, Judy. We're extremely sorry to hear your experience and thoughts on our access hours and parking. We will pass this information onto our site and operations manager, as we are always looking for ways to improve the customer experience. We appreciate your business and thank you for storing with Personal Mini Storage.
