Very nice people
This agency is a joke! My sister was a client and the aides did nothing, all of them was lazy. The receptionist was a joke and so is Robin.
My Mom is a client of Personal Homecare Solutions and just recently she had an incident with her healthcare aide whereas my mother was disrespected. She contacted Ms Robin Wilson to request another aide . Within a 3 week span, my mom was left to fend for herself because Personal Homecare send an aide only twice. Only twice in 3 weeks and you have a 5 star rating? I pray no other mother has to go through this nonsense....
