Catherine is the one to see whether you have court ordered group therapy hours or you are just looking for a personal therapist that will actually help you ! She Is The BEST !!
If you want to improve accountability, and self love, go here. This lady actually called me back to apologize for sounding short in a call I made. Then she helped me with suggestions, even though this place doesn't take insurance. This has been a good place since I went in 2008-09 and worked with the previous counselor.
Highly recommend Catherine for your counseling needs.
