We went there a couple months ago and Latoya said we qualified for $1, 000 for refinance we get there she only gave us $500 which is the payment that I make every month I had just paid $500 my regular payment is only $445 after running our credit and couple of months before then she offered us $200 of course we didn't take that and we've been a customer of theirs for at least 4 to5 years pay on time and over pay
