I had a very disappointing appointment with Dr Welyn Gordo. My dental concerns weren’t addressed, and the whole appointment felt rushed (which ended up being a 15-min appointment only). She also told me off and implied I was lying when I mentioned she didn’t show me how to use the floss threader in my previous appointment. The whole time I felt so uncomfortable and humiliated, which is something that no patient should ever go through. I can't express how much this has changed my life!!!!! I'd definitely rate this clinic 5 stars and I've been going there for over ten years. When I started going there, I had high anxiety and was terrified of needles. I still don't like them but, thanks to the laughing gas, and the fact that both dentists understand my gag reflex problem and have such a great sense of humour, any processes I've needed to undergo (and I've needed to have quite a few, since my teeth keep cracking) have become no problem at all — perhaps a bit uncomfortable, but that's expected.
