I called today to ask a question regarding a discount plan if accepted, one of the receptionist was unprofessional due to not sure if a patient was existing or new. when I tried to explain the situation she placed me on hold and never checked back. we tend to send business to dental clinic's but thanks to her this is not going to be an option anymore, would not want a patient to be treated bad and left aside with being attended.
