BEWARE!!! Beware of this man with old school knowledge. I took a two year old HP desktop to have the system running like it was originally before it crashed. He removed 3 gigs of premium RAM and replaced it with 2 gigs of generic RAM, which made this system freeze up every hour. He argued that there was only one hard drive when there are two, because he is not familiar with the new PC systems.
