Called to have him make me weekly meals since I live in town. He asked my preferences etc…said he would make me something for the coming Thursday then I never heard from him again.
I booked a dinner with Chef Bryan and selected the menu. A few days before the dinner, I contacted him to schedule the time. I was very disappointed when he told me that he was already booked because he was unsure if my dinner was confirmed. At that point it was too late to book a different chef and I was left on my own. He is unreliable and not professional, I would never use him again.
Wonderful experience. I wish we could have him cook for us every night!
Bryan is an extraordinary chef and creates extraordinary dishes. My family and friends felt really comfortable around Bryan. He took care of all my needs and wishes. Very recommended.
