The owner is very rude and nasty.
The call center staff is rude and unprofessional. They will schedule caregivers and they don't show up and the agency will not inform the clients. Sitters will be out on vacation ect and they do not replace them the client is simply stuck. This is an awful home care agency if you are looking for quality care and kind professional services this is not the place to look.
