Great service from the new owners. I had a terrible experience with the previous owners(all purpose storage). In the process of moving things out my unit froze and I was unable to get the rest of my items removed before the 1st, causing me to have to pay another month in rent. The new owners got rid of the bill and also helped me clean out my unit. They informed me if I ever needed a unit again that I am welcomed back.

Pretty terrible I pay $116 a month for heated unit which is not heated and they won't shovel in front of your doors and when the ice melts from the gutters not being drained properly it freezes your doors shut during the winter time very impressive

Worst storage unit. I had one unit and it leaked so they told me I had to move out to a new unit. That unit also leaked. I have to keep a tarp over my things. Most of my cloth material was ruined due to not being temp or weather controlled. Also I had mouse poop in my things. My rent goes up every couple months even though they have never fixed any issues. I was able to get a unit at U-Haul that is temp and rodent controlled for a cheaper cost, much cleaner and more security.
