Needed to store some household items for a few months. They were extremely easy to work with, always answered the phone during business hours, and were always on top of account and storage unit information. They were wonderful to work with.

Had a really good experience renting with them. I started renting when it was All Purpose and then it switched over to Otis Self Storage. When they switched owners the new owners were extremely welcoming, they had called me and introduced themselves, asked if there was any changes I’d like to see, asked about any problems or concerns *which I didn’t have* and what they could do to fix anything. They are doing really well and fixing and updating A LOT. I definitely recommend giving them a shot for your storage needs!

Great service from the new owners. I had a terrible experience with the previous owners(all purpose storage). In the process of moving things out my unit froze and I was unable to get the rest of my items removed before the 1st, causing me to have to pay another month in rent. The new owners got rid of the bill and also helped me clean out my unit. They informed me if I ever needed a unit again that I am welcomed back.
