Deryl Pace, my physical therapist and all the staff at Personal Best Physical Therapy. This place is the Cheers of PT. Everybody knows your name and is genuinely interested in your recovery and trek back to health. Deryl put up with all my negativity, stubbornness and frustrations. She kept me focused on getting better week by week and still keeps in touch about my progress. You don't get this type of hands on (pun intended) service everywhere. They're an amazing bunch.
Chris has helped me with a hip issue post pregnancy and also a separate shoulder and neck issue and he is the best!! Hip issue took 2 visits and neck issue just one since he showed me how to stretch, exercise and massage the problems on my own. Pain relief was amazing, Chris, I can't thank you enough!
I see Deryl and she has been AMAZINGLY helpful. She's also up to date on cupping and dry needling techniques. Everyone in the practice is great, knowledge, personable and willing to help. I can't say enough good things about this place!
Chris, Kyle and the entire staff are an amazing group of professionals.
What an amazing group of therapists! I had 2 shoulder surgeries in less than a year. Kyle was so knowledgeable in the treatment of shoulder pain and my recovery. They treat you like family which made having to go through physical therapy that much easier.
Professional, knowledgeable, and patient focused...I highly recommend Personal Best! When my son broke his shoulder, Chris was amazing with him and restored his shoulder to full function and strength. When I was unable to move my neck, Kyle worked with me to restore movement. A big thank you to everyone at Personal Best for being there when we needed you! You rock!
