when I first went there, she told me I was completely covered under Medicare then all of a sudden that changed and she pur me into collections without ever calling me, sent the bill to the wrong address and now trying to overcharge me on top of that the business seems to be closed on top of that. Didn’t do anything for me whatsoever.
Complete and utter waste of time. Wasted my entire visit filling out completely unnecessary paperwork. She asked me all kinds of irrelevant personal history questions that had nothing to do with just getting straight to the acupuncture. I've had acupuncture for at least 20 years from various providers from Coast to coast where I've lived, California and New York City specifically and yeah you need a little bit of backstory to figure out what kind of injuries or illnesses you've had but she's not a therapist, she's not a psyc... read more
I have been to Sharon 3 times. Once for the in-depth intake, and twice for acupuncture treatments. Sharon has opened my emotions, cleared my migraine headaches, and it seems she has helped my ability to swallow according to the VA. I still have headaches, but not nearly as painful. Sharon has been able to see and hear me. She is very well versed in her profession. I am truly grateful I have found Sharon.
Booked appointment by email two weeks in advance and she responded that she has had success treating neuropathy; did not respond by email to confirm appt so I called a day before & she confirmed, arrived 15 minutes ahead of appt and then she tells me she double booked! Asked me did I have paperwork which was never mentioned online or by phone; handed me 4 sheets of medical history to fill out with a black ink smudge that got black ink on my arm and leg; sat and asked me questions, looked at my tongue & checked my pulses then... read more
