Horrible place to work. I worked at their downtown San Diego location. At the time, I worked for an individual named Rob Zik. I believe his title was Corporate Controller. Was promised that I would be trained, and turned down multiple positions with other companies on this assertion. Rob provided 0 training, and then fired me when I failed to teach MYSELF every aspect of the job. This insurance company is trash do not give them a cent!! Its been over 60 days and my car has not even been looked at !! They even closed my claim and I had it reopened. RAQUEL MARTINEZ AND HER SUPERVISOR KRYSTAL TURLEY DO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONES OR MESSAGES!! They just burned themselves from me or any of my family to do business with trash companies like Personable insurance/All star insurance..

hahahahaha i love how i’m reading that all of the other reviewers went two weeks, or ten days without hearing from them. i’ve sent in the police report and everything and they still haven’t contacted me after THREE MONTHS WITHOUT A VEHICLE. wtf “personable”?!

DISGUSTING, USELESS, WASTES OF TIME AND MONEY. Professionals should never talk condescendingly to their clients, much less hang up on them when confronted about poor behavior and handling of cases, like their employee Glenn Moody did to a customer just trying to see why they haven't gotten any information on their vehicle. Someone should shut these guys down.

Refuse to send my insurance card and make me go fetch it every few months. I received a letter from the state of Florida warning me that my license was going to be suspended because I didn't have insurance per Peachtree even though I certainly am being charged for it every month and it is current. Can not get in touch with anyone at the company to discuss this. Needless headaches.

I've been without my car for over 10 days now. They still don't have the estimate to fix my car which means they will not approve a rental. And my claims adjuster sounds and behaves as if I am a nuisance to her. Very disappointing.

Worst customer service . These people put you on hold to disappear. Don't return phone calls, change prices without consulting or reassuring with there clients .
