House built by Persona Homes in 2018. Unfortunately, the overall quality and workmanship have been very poor. Just a few years on, we’re now facing structural issues that should never occur in a relatively new home. Throughout the process, the team has been unresponsive and slow to address our concerns. Persona Homes built our home for us. The whole process was seamless. As Persona homes built on a custom based home, we work together for our first blueprint in 2023. After just under 6 months, we signed our contract towards the end on 2023. Concrete slab down was Mar 2024 and we had our 1st PCI meeting in Dec 2024! Absolutely APPALLING how they leave their work area at the end of the day. As residents that have to see this and drive through it every day this is disgusting. Not to mention leaving nails on the road too.
We built a house with Person Homes when CY first started his building business in 2010. The quality and details proved to be outstanding after all these years. In 2021 we bought a block of land and have gone back with Pesona Homes once again to build our second home. When the plan was finalised and ready to go. Unfortunately, it was hit by COVID-19 and work was being held back for a few months. Low quality builds. Uses mild steel in shower bases and then refuses to replace it when your shower starts rusting.. do not be scammed by these people. Shower is only 1 year old.
