I believe it took about 2 months for my blazer to get done. I was looking for a place to get my blazer dry cleaned and decided to look at places that accept the Axxess card. I found Persnickity Cleaners and wanted to use their free pickup and delivery. I called and asked them to pick up my blazer from my house and they said it would happen on Thursday since that's when they do the Oxnard run. They didn't pick it up. Watch out for pricing. Four separate times, I took my husband's shirts in for laundry not dry cleaning. The young girl at the counter acts like she hears my request, prints a receipt for pick up that says 6 shirts laundry. But when I present the same ticket they've changed my request to dry cleaning along with the pricing. My $2.45 shirt now rings up as $5.95. When I question her on pick-up she just stands there with a blank stare. Her #1 excuse is "different then the rest of the shirts". No all the same fabric, label, style... read more
