Very happy with with both the cleaning services and the customer service! I left an online inquiry via their website on a Sunday. Stephania emailed and called me Monday morning. I have a log home, so not the easiest surfaces to clean. We discussed the type of cleaning I was hoping to have and she asked a lot of questions that made me confident in her knowledge of the industry. This was our second time having our house cleaned, and once again we are extremely pleased with the service! The girls did a fantastic job — the house looks amazing and smells so fresh and clean. They were thorough, professional, and paid attention to all the little details. It’s such a great feeling walking into a spotless home. Highly recommend their services and we will definitely continue using them! Also, I love the communication system! The reminders and updates are much appreciated!
This was my 3rd cleaning with the Pixies! They did a slamming job! Carole was here before...Gianni was new. They got to work immediately! My apartment was sparkling clean...immaculate! They are so worth it. I adore the Pixie team!

The owner was very pleasant to coordinate with. They make it easy and convenient to schedule a cleaning. The cleaning specialists were very pleasant to chat with on the day of the cleaning. We had tenants that left our home in disarray and they spent a lot of time getting it back into livable condition. The windows are all sparkling and I am no longer disgusted coming into the house. Thank you for saving us hours of our time. I would schedule another cleaning in a heartbeat, it was worth every penny.
