They could improve by standing behind their sales! They sold a car (double what it’s worth) as is, but assured my nephew that it would pass inspection. When he showed up with proof that it wouldn’t pass inspection they said there was nothing that they could do because he bought it as is. This was his very first car and now he’s without a car and he’s completely devastated!
Very rude, asked me for the information on the car instead of knowing anything himself, then talked down to me because of my price range. All over a phone call glad I didn’t waste my time driving down!!
Absolutely the worst possible business. Lies through their teeth. They seem to think all other people are idiots with the amount and kinds of excuses they give. Scam people out of money for things that don't even exist. Do not recommend using them no matter how much you need a car. You will definatly be unhappy with the service and especially the vehicles. I quickly noticed all the "coverups" that are done to every vehicle on the lot to make them look better. Beware of them.
sold us a car that was a piece of crap
Do not purchase ANY vehicle from this corrupt dealer. Purchased a vehicle on 1/12/19 it is in the shop today 1/14/19 contacted the dealer & their resolution is to bring it to them to fix for a fee... Persing Auto in Allentown is responsible for Unethical Business Practice & misleading information.
Worst place ever ,there service is very very poor, Spanish chick that picks up the phone all the time she never gives messages to the managers doesn't know what she's doing the new manager is really really no good,My heart aches for the people who bought cars from there and struggling to get a hold of them.!!!!!!
