Nice place to live
I'm a proud resident here at Persimmon Tree Apartments. From the start I was excited to move in here because I heard from a few previous residents how happy they were here. I could not be happier with my apartment which is beautiful, with new appliances, vinyl floor, tiled bathrooms, I can go on and on! The staff here is nice and is so eager to help with anything you may need from appliance manuals to extra mulch for your gardening, they are accommodating and professional!
So, I put in a application and about 6 months later I got my phone call that I was next on the waiting list. He did my background check and I was approved. I had to go to office andverify my income .Next step was for me to sign a lease and move in. After a week I called to check statues and the property management tells me that the apartment complex isn't under East coat management any more and has been taking over by a new management called Chelsea management and they won't let him rent the apartment offered to me out now. ... read more
