Rude owner! I'm not going to persimmon massage anymore. First, I was able to book an acupuncture appointment, but then I got a text message from the owner saying that my appointment couldn't be completed because they're acupuncturist was on vacation. The lady who did my massage was so good her name was Cynthia, but the manager Or owner was so rude and disrespectful. I knock the door to give her tip and by mistake I knock the door . Manager look at me so bad and said something in Chinese and she said is good you are getting massage someone knock the I explained I didn’t do on purpose why you yelling at me and talk to me like this. I usually go to this place every few months for a 2-hour deep tissue massage and the other times have been excellent. However, today the masseuse was constantly on her phone and I could tell because it kept vibrating even on the bed. I could also tell she was also using only one hand and despite multiple times asking her to work on my shoulders and to apply harder pressure - you could tell she didn’t know how to work the knots out.
