Did a tour of 5 Ivy League schools with my daughter and Persimmon was hands down the best meal we had (including Sally’s Apizza in New Haven!!). Elite restaurant. Everything we had was awesome.
Had a really nice meal here. Great use of seasonal ingredients and herbs in all the dishes. French technique and influence was very obvious. Standouts were the oyster, cavatelli, and cheesecake. Service and ambiance were both great.
My favorite restaurant in Providence. The food is great with well balanced flavor and good texture, and the desserts are usually excellent. Service and atmosphere are great too.
This may be the best food in Providence. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. Emily was a nice, informative waitress.
